"I stopped shaving when I was 17. I just remember picking up the razor ... putting the soap on my leg and getting ready to shave and just before I started, I just sort of, it was like this little glitch went off in my brain and I just had this thought like who the fuck am I doing this for? ... if I'm out dancing or anything, someone's coming up to me, they see the hairy armpit ... it's been a really fucking good way to vet out that sort of crowd who have expectations of how people should express themselves in their body."
