Rosa’s style is like the HIIT of wanks – after her warm-up, she goes real hard, easing off all at once to recover before going straight back in for those high intensity, super rapid repetitions. This kind of workout usually ends badly for me, but Rosa’s definitely fit enough. And besides, the juicy reward at the end should be well enough to give her all the determination and drive necessary to really make that goal.
