We've all heard of the 'decisive moment' a term Henri Cartier-Bresson coined to romanticise his craft as a photographer. I tend to think of moving images as fleeting moments but here on IFM we also have decisive moments, they just happen to be fleeting moments also. Unlike a still though, you can't hold them in time, Natasha is not forever.
